We do not build it for everybody. On the call we ask how many calls you miss and what an average job pays you. If the numbers do not work, we tell you, and you have lost fifteen minutes.
What movers ask
before they start.
Does it answer the phone?
No, and we will not pretend otherwise. Calls ring your phone exactly as they do now. What we do is catch the ones you could not get to. The second a call goes unanswered, a text goes out, and the conversation carries on there. Most people who were about to give up will reply to a text.
Do I need a new phone number?
No. It works with the number you already advertise. We set up forwarding so an unanswered call triggers the text. Your number on Google, on the trucks and on the ads all stays exactly the same.
Will it quote a price?
Only if you want it to. Most movers have us gather the details and book the estimate instead, because access and stairs move the number too much. If you work off a fixed hourly rate, we can give that out. Your call, on the first call.
What if it takes a job I cannot do?
It only offers dates you have open, and it will not book anything you have told us to refuse. Pianos, safes, long carries, out of area jobs, anything you flag gets sent to you instead of booked.
Do I have to change my software?
No. It sits next to whatever you use now. Nothing moves. We check yours works with it on the call, before you sign up.
Is it allowed to text people who called me?
They rang your business, so a reply to that call is expected. Every message carries an opt out that works for good, and we register your number for business texting before anything goes out. For older lists we look at where they came from with you first.
What happens in July when we are flat out?
That is when it earns its money. The busier you are, the more calls go unanswered, and the more of them it catches. Nothing changes at your end during peak.
I am not good with tech. Is that a problem?
No. We set up everything, including the forwarding. You spend one hour on a call telling us your rates and your rules, then you read what we wrote. That is all you do.
What if it does not work for me?
The first 10 days are free and there is no contract. If you do not like it, you do not pay, and you walk away.
